1. the contract
The buyer concludes a legally binding purchase contract with Neus Shop GmbH, recognizing the following terms and conditions
and accepts these GTC.

4 Delivery
Delivery of the ordered goods will be arranged as soon as we have received and paid for the order, subject to availability.
5. shipping costs

Up to 35.-goods value there is a small quantity surcharge of 15.-Fr.
Switzerland: free shipping
Abroad (EU): B-Post Economy (unless you pay the additional costs for Priority)
Customs duties and VAT are at the buyer's expense
In rare cases, the additional shipping costs of CHF 6.00 will be charged to the buyer if partial delivery is requested.
Experience has shown that computers are also shipped within 1-3 working days if in stock.

6. returns and exchanges
Returns in the computer store and for beads, tools and basic material, i.e. all items in the online store, will only be accepted if info@neus-shop.ch has been informed.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days in the original, undamaged
packaging together with a copy of the invoice. Exception for damaged products.
Postage costs will be charged to the buyer.
If the goods are exchanged or returned within 14 days, the full value of the goods will be refunded as a voucher.
Excluded from returns are all meters / cm goods that are cut to size.
7. liability
Neus Shop GmbH accepts no liability for damage to persons or material caused by improper use of our
articles.
Children should work under supervision, we accept no liability.
8. data protection
Customer data is collected,
processed and used in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.
Customer data will only be used within Neus Shop GmbH and its branches and will not be passed on to third parties

All obligations are subject to Swiss law. The place of performance and
