The frit blends available to date usually have a COE of 92-98.
While the glass used has the advantage of being very color-intensive and producing beautiful reactions, it also has some drawbacks: many colors are prone to devitrification, contain a lot of lead, and react strongly with silver.
Above all, however, a COE that deviates from the base bead or overlay glass can lead to difficulties.

Therefore, we have decided to offer frits and frit blends in COE 104.

Product care & materials

What materials do you use?

We use a wide variety of materials – including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and surgical steel, nickel-free silver-plated and gold-plated metals, genuine minerals, glass, and many other materials for jewelry making.

In our own workshop, we also handcraft glass beads that we use for individual jewelry pieces and accessories.

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry as dry as possible and preferably store pieces individually. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning agents. If necessary, clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth. This will help maintain its color, shine, and beauty for as long as possible.

Can I wear my jewelry while showering or exercising?

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising – moisture, chlorine, and sweat can damage some materials.
