Prometheus® kilns have been designed to provide you with the best service for many years.

The PROMETHEUS Pro-1 is a multifunctional kiln for both hobbyists and professional artists.

The kiln can be used for enamelling, firing metal clays, as well as for small ceramic pieces, glass fusing, and glass molding; tempering and hardening of silver, gold, and other metals are some of the areas in which the Pro-1 plus can be used.

The Prometheus Pro-1 plus has a timer function that allows workpieces to be fired at a specific time at the preset target temperature.

The Prometheus Pro-1T features a highly reliable digital controller. The Pro-1T is very energy-efficient, consuming less power than a hair dryer.

Because it is so lightweight, it can be taken anywhere.

Product care & materials

What materials do you use?

We use a wide variety of materials – including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and surgical steel, nickel-free silver-plated and gold-plated metals, genuine minerals, glass, and many other materials for jewelry making.

In our own workshop, we also handcraft glass beads that we use for individual jewelry pieces and accessories.

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry as dry as possible and preferably store pieces individually. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning agents. If necessary, clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth. This will help maintain its color, shine, and beauty for as long as possible.

Can I wear my jewelry while showering or exercising?

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising – moisture, chlorine, and sweat can damage some materials.
