We are pleased to introduce the new generation of copper clay, which can be fired quickly and at low temperatures: Prometheus® Copper Clay.

Prometheus® Copper Clay is an exceptional medium that will transform your imagination into solid copper art and jewelry pieces. You can easily shape your clay by hand or with simple tools, or even throw it on a potter's wheel. Firing Prometheus® Copper Clay is easier than ever before; it only requires 30 minutes at 920°C or 90 minutes at 850°C or 10 minutes with a torch to fire.

Prometheus® Copper Clay

  • can be stored at room temperature
  • does not stick to your hands at normal consistency
  • allows you long working times due to its slow-drying nature
  • does not require long firing times
  • does not require high firing temperatures
  • does not require a firing pan or activated carbon

Product care & materials

What materials do you use?


We use a wide variety of materials – including 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and surgical steel, nickel-free silver-plated and gold-plated metals, genuine minerals, glass, and many other materials for jewelry making.

In our own workshop, we also handcraft glass beads that we use for individual jewelry pieces and accessories.

What's the best way to care for my jewelry?


Keep your jewelry as dry as possible and preferably store pieces individually. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning agents. If necessary, clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth. This will help maintain its color, shine, and beauty for as long as possible.

Can I wear my jewelry while showering or exercising?

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising – moisture, chlorine, and sweat can damage some materials.
